Hiking

We are so spoiled here in the OC. We live 5 minutes from gorgeous wilderness. We spent Saturday morning hiking with the kids at Woods End Trail right by our house. It takes us to Lake Barbara in Laguna Coast Wilderness Park. Just Beautiful. You can see for miles in every direction. Brady was VERY happy (as you can see from the pics) in his backpack on Daddy's back, and Kaylyn was a trooper. We went up some extremely steep hills and she didn't complain once and had a great time!!! She's a star. We'll actually make it to Lake Barbara next time and we'll start at the Nix Nature Center where the trail is virtually flat. I think that will be an easier (and shorter) hike for all of us. What a great way to enjoy the outdoors.
