Mommy and Me Soccer

I really felt Kaylyn and I needed a little bonding time... so I signed us up for a 6 week Mommy and Me soccer class. We've only had one class due to all the rain (which seems to always fall on Fridays). Here's some shots of Kaylyn passing and shooting goals with her coach Max. There are 5 kids in the class, and of course that one overly competitive mom with her 3 year old son, just screaming, " Go buddy. Go! Kick it! Score a goal. C'mon. Yeah!" at the top of her lungs. Did I mention that these kids are all 2 and 3 and this is just for fun? This same mother also kept referring to Kaylyn as the "pretty girl" and telling her son to "go stand by the pretty girl." I kept saying, "Oh, her name is Kaylyn. You can call her Kaylyn." Can you all picture the way this boy will turn out? Mr. Competitive jock who looks at girls as objects. Aaaahhhhh! Steer clear Kay! Nonetheless, it has been fun to spend some real quality time together just the 2 of us. As much as Brady has been an absolute joy, I have missed theses fun little things we used to do. I need to plan more, especially seeing as I always have an abundance of sitters waiting in the wings. :-)
