Kaylyn has been wanting to learn to sew. We went to Michaels and they had an American Girl Sewing kit to make a stuffed animal for you and one for your doll. She was all over this. Kaylyn learned a button stitch, running stitch, and whip stitch and had lots of fun doing it. The most frustrating thing for her was keeping the needle threaded.
