Spent yet another Saturday at the beach. This time we hit Doheny so we could bring the surfboard. Brent got to paddle out and even catch a few waves. Kaylyn even got in on the fun. In fact, she grabbed her boogie board and started paddling out all by herself at one point. Brady just loves to get wet and sandy. He was running around the life guard tower and scraped his foot pretty good, so he just went right up to the lifeguard and asked for a bandaid. She must have thought he was pretty sute because she got out her first aid kit and doctored him right up. Then she asked him where his mom was. Ooops! I was right there, but he just does his own thing. My kids are beach kids. Comfortable enough there that they apparently no longer need mom and dad to take care of them or swim with them. Ha!!!!
