First Day of Kindergarten Alone!

Kay had an even better first day on her own. She was big smiles when she finally got home after a birthday party and soccer practice. She gave me a rundown of Calendar time, Pledge of Allegiance, Grand ol Flag, reading the book Chrysanthemum, making a September Calendar to bring home, and a tour of the school. She barely ate any of her lunch because the VERY cool playground was calling her name! And today was early out so it was an hour shorter than usual. So proud of my big girl!
